Hi,

I noticed in Webmail that it is possible to set a custom "From" address in addition to the address of your email account in "settings". I was wondering if I can send mail from more than these two addresses.

Say if I forward mail from e.g. myname<_at_>isp.com and myname<_at_>gmail.com to myname<_at_>company.com (so I can receive mail from 3 different addresses), and Kerio is company.com. I would like to be able to change the From address accordingly depending on which email account the mail was forwarded from.

It is possible to have multiple From addresses, but only for your domain. So you can be for example you<_at_>company.com, sales<_at_>company.com and info<_at_>company.com.

More than one additional address can be set up in Administration console -> Edit User -> Mail Addresses.

Oh, I see. So there's no way to do this outside the domain, apart from adding an address to the Default From preferences

you can solve this with outlook. you can make a contact-folder named "senders" and add this folder as LDAP in system control. in outlook, make the button "from" visible, klick on it and you can slect of your senders adresses.
