One of my customers are sending me attachments which are showing up in the mail instead of as an attachment.
He is using Outlook express and in my end it's corrupt when i use webmail, outlook2003 or outlook2000. If i pop3-download it to outlook express then the attachment works.
What could be the problem?

It's simple. The client is sending attachments encoded in Uuencode. Uuencode format is very old and was superseded with MIME encoding. The solution is simple. Upgrade your server to KMS 6.2.0 which has an option to convert uuencoded attachments to MIME or tell the sender to use MIME instead of uuencode.
