I just upgraded to 6.2.1 and after reboot of my windows2003 server the webmail doesn't work anymore. I get a page saying:
"Zend Optimizer not installed" both when trying http and https.

Please help! hurry!

Run repair installation. It seems some files were not updated properly. From which version did you make the upgrade?

I upgraded from 6.1.3.
I have tried to run repair install but it's still the same problem.

I just did a quick test and upgraded from 6.1.4 to 6.2.1 and did not experience any issues. I will do a 6.1.3 -> 6.2.1 test in a moment. What operating system are you on?

Please navigate to the KMS directory, rename the 'webmail' directory to something else, then run the 6.2.1 installer again and choose the Repair option. This should re-create the webmail directory.

So then remove Kerio Mailserver/webmail directory manually and run repair installation again. Zend optimizer is not used in 6.2.x but old webmail files are not overwritten on upgrade (probably wrong file timestamps ?).

Heh, Kevin was faster Smile
