I can not find any info in the Opened folders part of the Admin. Console.
Is there anything that needs to be configured or is there something wrong ?
Has anyone the same problem as me ?

What exactly is the problem? You don't see the column 'Opened Folders'?

Yes I see it, but as I understand it I should be able to see which folders different users have opened when logged on to Webmail. But there are none opened.

Oh no, you can see which folders are locked.

There is no normal need to see this, but under certain circumstances locked folders can cause problems and therefore this column was added. Serves no purpose in normal operation.

No, AFAIK you see folders that are locked. For example, a folder might be locked for a brief instant when KMS is delivering a message to it. Normally folders aren't locked, that's why you'd rarely see any folder in that column.

It's safe to ignore that column. It's only handy in case of problems and then Kerio Support will assist you and may ask about the 'Open folders' column. In fact, before they would send a tool to investigate locked folder problems. AFAIK they integrated the 'Open Folders' column into KMS to make it easier to give support in folder locking related problems.

winkelman is 100% correct. It was implemented to assist with troubleshooting of issues.
