Client: WinXP Pro SP2, Outlook 2003 SP2, KOC 6.2.1
Server: OS X 10.3.9, KMS 6.2.1

In Webmail there is a tab in settings where I can configure what KMS does if someone request a response for read.

Where can I configure this in KOC? In the manual I can't find a hint. At the moment it sends immediatly a read receipt without asking.

Any suggestions?

It's not a KOC option, that's a function of Outlook.

Click Tools -> Options -> Preferences tab -> E-mail Options button -> Tracking Options button. It only applies to internet mail though, so it doesn't work for the KOC.

So basically what you are saying is that this behavior can't be changed if you use the KOC?

I can't control whether my account sends reciepts or not?

Thanks for the fast replies.

It didn't work neither with Outlook settings nor with KOC settings.
So I realy can't control whether my account sends reciepts or not.

I think I will open a ticket.

There is no way how to display asking dialog for receipts. Outlook does not allow that for 3rd party plug-ins. However, options "always send" and "never send" works. KOC will send read receipt automatically if Outlook is set to "always send" or "ask" mode. It does not send it in "never send" mode.

Please note this option could be disabled by Outlook when using 3rd party add-ons. In such case, you have to change it in the registry:

" HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\9.0\Outlook\Options\Mail\Rece ipt Response" for Outlook 2000 or
" HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Options\Mail\Rec eipt Response" for Outlook 2003

Values: 0 - Always, 1 - Never
