Hello all!

Searched the knowledge base and this board, but found no answer to the following question:

I set up an email-address that saves all received mails inside a public folder, that anyone in my company can access. After a mail has been received, the message shows up as "unread" within each users Outlook in the public folders.

My problem is: After the first user read that mail, it is marked as read - for every user. And therefore for every user the notification disappears, that this folder contains one unread message.

Is there a way of changing this behaviour, so a message is only marked as read as soon as the individual user read it? And does someone know how Exchange handles such things?
