When you access the internet from one of the internal pcs you are using the http protocol. The firewall has a traffic rule that allows http traffic from lan to internet. This rule uses NAT (translate to ip address of outgoing interface - typical setting). This means the first assigned ip address of the interface is used for NAT.
Replies on requests from the internet will be send using the same ip address as where the request arrived.

If you want to have all traffic from one server using the same public ip address you must create server specific traffic rule with the correct NAT setting (translate to ip address xx.xx.xx.xx)
