I want to use KFW 6.2 as my central routing point, all clients in the local net have KFW as the default gateway. On KFW I have 2 lan cards, one (intern) to the local net and one (extern) over dsl to the internet. Proxy, Nat and so on to the internet works fine. Now I have in the local net an additional router to our headquarter and I want to route all traffic to the headquarter over KFW --> headquarter-router --> headquarter.

To do this I have put an entry to the routing table on KFW and furthermore I create a rule to permit all traffic to the headquarter-net.

It don't works.

When I set a routing rule on a Client directly to the headquarter-net it works.

Can sombody help me?

Add an extra lan card. Put the headquarter router in that segment. Create rules for traffic from/to lan to/from headquarter segments.

A client that will access a server at the headquarter will forward the packet to the firewall. The firewall will filter the traffic to the headquarter segment. If the traffic is allowed it will forward it to the headquarter router in the headquarter segment.
