Hello everyone,

well I suspected that, but ok Very Happy

I just downloaded the Winroute Firewall trial via Remote Desktop onto my new Windows 2003 Server (SP2) and somewhere after setting a adminstrator password and adding my current IP for remote access,
the installation disconnected my Remote Desktop-connection..

Administration Console doesnt work somehow, even though I already checked if the windows firewall is deactivated through serial console access..

Can anyone please tell me
A) what happend? (and if not,..)
B) how to deactivate the firewall via SAC ?

Well, I found out that the setup.exe-process just freezed the system, so after killing that I can login again. But now I got an error with the device driver:

//translated from german
"A Support-file 'C:\DOCUM~1\ADMIN~1\LOCALS-1\Temp\{xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxx-xxxx-xx xxxxxxxxxx}\Devsetup.dll' for this setup could not be installed.

Access Denied"

Any solution for this? Thanks.
