Hi guys,
Is there a reason that the quota tab is reporting the wrong count of messages (called "Item count" in Kerio) compared to what is in the webmail account?

Please remember that the item count counts all items. This includes mail messages in all folders, calendar events, contacts, tasks, etc.

In my experience the quota system is not as robust as it should be: every now and then, for no apparant reason, quota's are off.

So every now and then I remove every users 'stats.usr' file (that file stores the quota info). It will be automatically regenerated when the users opens his email.
