Hi there,

big issue for me: in domain settings of Kerio Mailserver it is possible to create groups. Fine. But i only can add addresses of the domain of the server to a group. Thats a big problem for me! On our old mailserver we have some groups used for security issues. In case of an emergency (temperatur, server hardware problem or something like this), an email is sent to the mobile fones of our admins. Therefor we use email-adresse provided by the mobils fone service provider, wich ar not inside of our domain.

At Kerio Mailserver it is not possible to add these emailadresses to a group. So what can we do to fix this problem?

Thanks for help

If you only have a few external email addresses, you can add these under the Domain Settings -> Aliases. Use the same Alias name as the email address for the group. You may also need to add the group as an alias to itself.
