Hello all,

Our Kerio setup is 6.2.2 - Mac server and users using Webmail and not Outlook (though we still have Outlook with the connector lurking on workstations).

We want our managment to use public calendars so that the entire company can see their schedule. However it seems that calendar reminders don't work in a public calendar.

Does anyone know of a solution? or could their private calendars be shared somehow?

thanks for any help you can give,

Simon.

Thanks for the help, it set me on the right path.

By right clicking on a private calendar a user can share their calendar, to whoever they wish.

All other users must then subscribe to that shared folder by right clicking on their account at the top of the folder tree and selecting the appropiate option there.

thanks,

Simon
