On the incoming rule you are doing source NAT-ing, whilst you should be doing destination NAT-ing.

In the end the translation column should read 'MAP (IP)' and not 'NAT (IP)'

Why do not work our Polycom-device on incoming video and audio?
We see black screen and no sound, but other side see and hear us normally. Is portmapping configured correctly? I try to open and map to Polycom-device all ports, but no effect. Thats wrong? Help me, please

The problem is solved Smile
In Polycom settings: System->...->Brandmauer
"Gate not support NAT h.323" specify off, and write external KWF ip-adress in field.
