Hi Foks,

I was trying to block the site of YouTube and I can't, I put the rule on the HTTP Policy and it doesn't work.

I configured a policy to block ALL websites to ALL users and it's ok, it does block the websites, EXCEPT youtube, and it doesn't even show at the Filter LOG the Firewall allowed or deny the access to the website of YouTube.

This is weird!!! is it a bug? will I get a snack for finding it?

Just to be sure, the "deny all websites to all users" is the first (on top) of the list, the "URL Begins" is filled with *, any user, valid always and valid to any ip, show denial text "bla bla" ... it blocks everything except youtube.

And that's sad because YouTube destroy my bandwidth.

Any one got another address?

Thinking to deny the IP of the site, but there are a lot...

Hugs to all

Created a http policy to test:

any user / do not require authentication
url begins with
deny access to the website

Works fine. I can not access the website (access denied page is displayed).

Hummm ... ok .. the problem might be the "Static Rules" I had to set up on the firewall.

We have three different links and I tried to balance the internet using all of them, some sites, the most viewed and unusefull goes to the third link, like youtube.

This is the only thing different on my Rules.

and I did tested again as I said... I'll try to test without the "Static Rules" on later, when people stop using the internet.

but that's weird.. I haven't done anything wrong, I put "block all to all at anytime" and it blocks everything except youtube, humm ...

maybe I've been working too much and need a vacation on the beach .. like that one a Brazilian was caught "having fun" with his boyfriend and someone put on youtube the video hehehe.

thanks "feite" for your help.

Big hugs
