We have an user that want a POP3 account from an another provider besides his "MAPI" account on KMS (6.1.4, we will upgrade to 6.2.2 in two weeks) and it doesn't really work, in the sense where the POP3 mail is put inside the MAPI account instead of the personnal folders and mail is fetched multiple time.

I was told by support that this is the way MAPI works because we change the default Outlook store, but I was wondering : does this problem is a Outlook or a KMS problem ? Does this problem also exists with Exchange or other solutions that use MAPI (Oracle Collab Suite, Zimbra, etc.) ?
