In my error log the following error is continually entered for one or two users: "FolderName.cpp: Empty folder name (user=example<_at_>, protocol=IMAP)"

Any clue why this repeatedly appears for only a couple of users?

We are experiancing the same issue. It seems to only affect users on Windows XP using Outlook via IMAP. I have had them rebuild the folder lists and message lists. But it didn't fix the issue.

I agree. I am having the same exact errors. I have no clue how this happens, and I haven't been able to even get a track as to solve it.

Any help on this issue would be appreciated.
