When exchanging e-mail with Germans, it messes up the names that have German characters in them such as the ü. The e-mail will come in with the name like this:

"Rich, Hans-Jürgen" [mailto:Hans-Juergen.Rich<_at_>]

When i hit reply all, it adjusts things to look this:

""Rich, Hans-Jürgen"" [mailto:Hans-Juergen.Rich<_at_>]

It puts an extra " next to the original quotes. This screws up my e-mail all the time and I manually correct. Generally Kerio says, hey, invalid address.

Can someone help me to resolve this issue.
