Hi,

I keep getting a error message back when sending mail from webmail. The error says "Delivery not authorized (message from <XXXXX<_at_>XXXXXX.XXX> to <XXXXX<_at_>XXXXXX.XXX>: sender can send email to own domain only)"

What does this "sender can send email to own domain only" mean?

Regards,

Magnus

That means your account has restrictions set on it that prevent you from sending or receiving mail to/from any domain but your own. It's a feature to allow users "internal" e-mail within the company without giving them the ability to send/receive internet mail.

How do I change that then so the user can send email external?
