Hi,

I am fairly new to Kerio Mailserver, but for our users I made use of the provided outlook connector. You first create a mail profile with the Kerio Outlook connector, then run outlook with this profile. Once in Outlook you can go to the file menu and slect import/export from another program or file. Select the Personal Folders file (.pst) as your option. It's pretty straight forward from there. I have succesfully migrated ~20 some PST files into Kerio following this method, but if you find an easier way let me know.

If you don't have the outlook connector, I'm not sure how you would go about doing it.

Hi Mara,

Yes, I believe there is a section in the Kerio Mail Server manual. The outlook connector requires Windows 2000 service pack 4 or XP, and Outlook 2000 service pack 3 or better.

You simply run the installation file, which is located under the downloads section of Kerio's website. It will add then add the Outlook connector to the list of available mail services when you create an Outlook profile.

Hope this helps,

David
