Hi there,

I am a new user to Kerio MailServer. We've got MailServer 6.2.2 and Outlook 2003 (+SP2). The installation went smoothly and everything worked OK. When I imported the PST file into Kerio mailbox, all HTML messages turned into PLAIN TEXT. If I just opened the PST file from Outlook and viewed the HTML message it displayed correctly in HTML format.

I am wondering if someone has come across and resolved this issue. Much appreciated.

It's been a while since I imported a PST, but at the time it was extremely quirky and problematic. I found, after importing many PSTs through the KOC, it was safer and less problematic to connect via IMAP to import the mail items, then re-configure Outlook to use the KOC. There were less errors and crashes, and in addition, the mail headers were all preserved (I wish I knew this one right from the beginning).
