I have a request and am pretty much at a loss. Our account management team want inbound email from a certain client, let's say anyone<_at_>joespoolhall.com, copied to another account manager's email account.

I can't change the acct. managers from: address.

If I use the forward rule then the original account manager doesn't get the email.

Is there a copy, or CC, rule that I am missing?

You can create a mail filter rule to accomplish this. For example in webmail create a rule as follows:
1. Select the conditions for your rule
Check the box next to - Where the From address contains
2. Select actions for your rule:
Check the box next to - Forward it to address
and also check the box next to - Keep in Inbox.

Keep in inbox was the one I missed.

Thanks so much!
