Hi all,

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 with KOC.
Is there a function like "Display a notification message when a new mail arrive" after installed KOC?

Thank you.

Regards,
Kit Leung

That functionality is built in to Outlook:

From the "Tools" menu, choose "options"
On the "preferences" tab, choose "E-Mail options"
Click the "advanced E-Mail options" button
In the "when new items arrive in my Inbox" section, check the desired options.

You need to have outlook running and minimized for it work, though. If you don't want that, there are many system tray utilities that will check a mail account for new mail. Just be careful to get one that uses IMAP instead of POP3. The KOC keeps all you mail on the server, so a POP3 checker will *always* see mail. An IMAP checker can be taught to only notify you of mail you haven't seen yet (i.e., new mail)
